Sizzling sounds, roaring rhythms and jazz that dazzles with your dancing, we’ve got a super mix of tunes to get even the tamest of dancers swinging well into the night. With DJ Andy Lewis as our host, The Lindy Jam is a night not to be missed. A veteran of national and international swing and blues events, and a true jazz connoisseur, he fuses his musical knowledge with a love of dancing to put on an electric mix of swinging sounds. With classic numbers from the likes of Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Teddy Wilson, and Ben Webster, you’ll hear raw saxes alongside blazing brass, and a juicy collection of jabbing rhythms. And if slower numbers are more your thing, you’ll surely find some soul-soaked vocals, delicious piano solos and sweet tones that are just impossible to resist. You can be certain that once you’ve had a taste of Lindy Jam, you’ll be swinging back for more.
